Gino
Capito, President
Gino runs the daily operations of the
business including both service and computer-related sales. He has a
rich background in Mechanical Engineering & Computer Programming
that goes back to his teenage years. Over the years, Gino has
cultivated a loyal following of hundreds of customers who have enjoyed
prompt and professional service. His reference list reflects over 20 of
the Fortune 500 companies.
Gino started in 1990 as a Mechanical
Engineering Technician with Orbit Valve Co.
designing petro-chemical valve systems for domestic and international
clients. Desiring to get into the computer industry, Gino accepted a
position with Dixieland Computers in 1998, the company in which he and
business partner Roger Thomas eventually purchased in 2003. In 1999, he
started his own company, Platinum Technologies. In 2001, Platinum was
purchased by a local technology firm that hired Gino as a consultant
for 2 years. Gino has made a name for himself in the Northwest Arkansas
/ Wal-Mart Supplier region, as being the one person who could walk into
any technology problem, and resolve the issue individually or through
his vast resource network.
In addition to being a Microsoft
Certified Professional in several areas, a Cisco Certified Network
Administrator and a ShoreTel VoIP Specialist, Gino studied Engineering
& Computer Science at the University of Arkansas for 8 years.

Roger
Thomas, CEO
Roger leads our overall business
strategy. He was self employed through his telecommunications company,
TeleCompNET, since October of 1994, then purchased Dixieland Computers,
in which the name was changed to TeleComp. This experience makes him
the point-man for the administration side of TeleComp, as well as the
telecommunications side of the business, including business phone
systems ' both traditional and VoIP, cabling and wiring, and circuits
through at&t, Sprint, TouchTone and Embarq.
His expertise in this field goes back to
the actual break up of the Bell and AT&T phone companies (wireline)
in the early 80's. Roger worked for Alltel (formerly Allied) from '83 -
85, MCI from '86 - '92, and LDDS and BellSouth until he started his own
business in '94.
If numbers impress you, you'll be amazed
to know that Roger has been consistently the #1 at&t Solution
Provider (independent contractor) for the states of Arkansas, Texas and
Oklahoma combined. His previous company TeleCompNET had been in
the top 5% nationwide for Sprint Communications Authorized Agents 5 of
the 10 years he was a Sprint Partner, and Roger served on the Sprint
National Advisory Board from 2001 - 2004. He has sold and serviced over
500 T-1 / multi-meg bandwidth installations, and has hundreds of Local,
Long Distance and multi location data and internet customers across the
United States.

Zack
Thomas , Regional Sales Manager
Zack started with TeleComp in April of
2006 out of Springfield, MO. He was brought on to expand TeleComp's
presence in Missouri, specifically handling special projects with
Embarq (formerly Sprint) in Jefferson City, Lebanon, and Rolla. Zack
handled this responsibility until May of 2007, at which time we asked
Zack to relocate his family to Northwest Arkansas, TeleComp's corporate
headquarters.
Zack is now the Regional Sales Manager
for TeleComp in Washington County, and handles sales, customer service,
consulting, and problem resolution in both Springdale and Fayetteville.
His primary focus is in helping clients find the right solution to
their technology needs in addition to expanding market awareness of our
ShoreTel IP Telephony phone system. Zack's strong background in
customer service combined with his technical knowledge make Zack
ideally suited to this task. Additionally, Zack's pre-sales consulting
ability with other wireline products such as Internet T-1 circuits,
MPLS networks (WANS for multiple location businesses) enable Zack to
customize solutions for any technology need.

Wally Guthrie, Account Manager
Wally recently moved from Arkansas to the
thriving SW Missouri city of Branson and joined the TeleComp team as
our Regional Sales Manager. He went on perhaps one of the most rapid
training courses in the history of TeleComp and learned the wireline
business. Whereas TeleComp has a peak performing history with AT&T
in the SW United States, we have started working with NuVox, a CLEC
(our first) in Branson, to offer dial tone as a competitor to the
dominant carrier (ILEC) CenturyTel. And yes, Wally knows more about
NuVox wireline products than anyone on staff at TeleComp (and some on
staff at NuVox!).
Additionally, we will be offering both Nortel traditional phone systems
and ShoreTel VoIP phone systems in the Branson area.
Wally has worked in Sales during all of his professional life, with 8
years as a Sales Manager and Trainer for Wyndham Resorts.
We are looking forward to moving into Branson and offering new
technology for the business community in that area, of which the city
of Branson has been offered such up to date technology products. This
is quite possibly the largest opportunity for success TeleComp has
experienced as a company, and we're excited to have Wally leading the
way.

management for our entire organization. This includes our comprehensive

Russell
Tucker, Telecom Engineer
Russell
comes to us from the entrepreneurial world of
telecommunications, so we can really relate. Russell owned Reliable
Cable and Telephony until December of 2004, at which time he merged
with TeleComp. It was an easy transition considering we had
sub-contracted Russell over the past 2 years. We found out during this
time how "reliable" Russell actually was. His improvisational ability
to walk into any telecom hardware or cabling situation and figure out
the best resolution quickly has made him a valuable member of our team.
In addition to being BICSI certified in structured cabling and fiber
optics, Russell has extensive knowledge of ShoreTel VoIP systems,
Nortel, Mitel, and Sprint phone systems and voice mail solutions.
