Gino Capito, President

Gino runs the daily operations of the business including both service and computer-related sales. He has a rich background in Mechanical Engineering & Computer Programming that goes back to his teenage years. Over the years, Gino has cultivated a loyal following of hundreds of customers who have enjoyed prompt and professional service. His reference list reflects over 20 of the Fortune 500 companies.

Gino started in 1990 as a Mechanical Engineering Technician with Orbit Valve Co. designing petro-chemical valve systems for domestic and international clients. Desiring to get into the computer industry, Gino accepted a position with Dixieland Computers in 1998, the company in which he and business partner Roger Thomas eventually purchased in 2003. Not long after, he started his own company Platinum Technologies, focusing on network and systems consulting which was later merged with a local technology firm. Gino has made a name for himself in the Northwest Arkansas / Wal-Mart Supplier region, as being the one person who could walk into any technology problem, and resolve the issue individually or through his vast resource network.

In addition to being a Microsoft Certified Professional in several areas, a Cisco Certified Network Administrator and a ShoreTel VoIP Specialist, Gino studied Engineering & Computer Science at the University of Arkansas for 8 years.

Roger Thomas, CEO

Roger leads our overall business strategy. He was self employed through his telecommunications company, TeleCompNET, since October of 1994, then purchased Dixieland Computers, in which the name was changed to TeleComp. This experience makes him the point-man for the administration side of TeleComp, as well as the telecommunications side of the business, including circuits through AT&T, Sprint, TouchTone, NuVox and Embarq.

His expertise in this field goes back to the actual break up of the Bell and AT&T phone companies (wireline) in the early 80's. Roger worked for Alltel (formerly Allied) from '83 - 85, MCI from '86 - '92, and LDDS and BellSouth until he started his own business in the mid 90's.

If numbers impress you, you'll be amazed to know that Roger has been consistently the #1 AT&T Solution Provider (independent contractor) for the states of Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma combined. His previous company TeleCompNET had been in the top 5% nationwide for Sprint Communications Authorized Agents 5 of the 10 years he was a Sprint Partner, and Roger served on the Sprint National Advisory Board from 2001 - 2004. TeleComp recently was awarded Top Ten Partner status in the United States from AT&T. He has sold and serviced hundreds of T-1 / multi-meg bandwidth installations, and has hundreds more Local, Long Distance and multi location data and internet customers across the United States.
