Russell
Tucker, Telecom Engineer 
Russell
comes to us from the entrepreneurial world of
telecommunications, so we can really relate. Russell owned Reliable
Cable and Telephony until December of 2004, at which time he merged
with TeleComp. It was an easy transition considering we had
sub-contracted Russell over the past 2 years. We found out during this
time how "reliable" Russell actually was. His improvisational ability
to walk into any telecom hardware or cabling situation and figure out
the best resolution quickly has made him a valuable member of our team.
In addition to being BICSI certified in structured cabling and fiber
optics, Russell has extensive knowledge of ShoreTel VoIP systems,
Nortel, Mitel, and Sprint phone systems and voice mail solutions.
He is also an Avaya Certified Technician for both Partner and IP Office Products.

Will Brinkley, Telecom Technician
Will started in Telecommunications in 1997 at NWACC taking a Cisco class
learning switching and routing then immediately began working for a
company in Madison WI. He received most of his training in fiber
optics and cabling in Staley, also learning phone system dynamics and
cross connects. Will then went to work for Wachter and various
other companies gaining structured experience in many different fields.
Will is also BICSI and Nortel certified.

Dustin
Gamble, Network Engineer
Dustin started his IT career many years ago with the banking industry in Northwest Arkansas. He then moved to Phoenix were he obtained several certifications and training with Microsoft products. He was quickly hired by a Phoenix-based firm as a network consultant for four years before moving back to Arkansas. Since his return, Dustin has worked as an independent contractor for Robert Half Technolgies managing several large projects in NWA. Before coming to TeleComp, Dustin spent three years as the network administrator for one of Arkansas largest real estate brokers. Dustin is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in several areas and has extensive knowledge in Windows Server systems, Exchange Server, Cisco routers & firewalls as well as our ShoreTel VoIP telephony product line.

John Grau, Network Engineer 
Recruited straight out of college by the world’s largest retailer, John began his IT career in Wal-mart’s Network Engineering department. Having worked several years as an independent consultant, John has developed a customer service oriented approach to technology solutions. He has also completed several major IT projects for local government and law enforcement agencies. John has the flexibility and knowledge to find workstation and server solutions for a broad range of organizational needs.

Dan
Foshee, Computer Technician 
Dan comes to us from the world's largest
protein provider - Tyson Foods of Springdale. He has tremendous
experience in all Apple products and is certified in many areas of that
product line. In addition, Dan has extensive knowledge of desktop
publishing and artistic design. Currently he performs both on-site service
and in-house repairs when necessary.
