TeleComp Computer Services, Inc.
(which purchased the former Dixieland Computers
in July of 2003), announce its newest location
in Johnson, AR at 2043 Main Drive. This location
will be named simply TeleComp, to highlight its
turnkey approach to handle all technology needs
related to telephone systems and computers.
“Our location in Johnson will officially
open on Monday, October 3rd. Our strategy with
this new location is to service Washington County,
specifically the Springdale and Fayetteville areas
where we have been fortunate enough to have grown
to the point of needing to physically be in this
area,” Gino Capito, President of TeleComp
said.
TeleComp has become new members of the Chambers
of Commerce in both Springdale and Fayetteville.
The company’s service and sales objectives
remain the same as the current corporate location
in Bentonville:
to sell and service PC’s and Apple computers
in both the business and consumer markets, along
with the installation of the local area network
(LAN), the wide area network (WAN), and / or the
internet circuits in which they transmit
to repair computers (consumers or businesses)
and networks or phone systems in-house or on-site
to sell traditional phone systems (specializing
in Nortel / Norstar) or VoIP (voice over internet
protocol) units, and the local lines in which
they function
to provide office cabling and networking
and to retail sell all computer parts within
our store
Our new service announcement is that our company will begin to offer Computer Training this fall at both the Bentonville and Johnson locations. TeleComp will offer Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Internet Explorer (internet surfing), Outlook (email training), and a class called How to Build a Computer. The company will also lease out its state of the art training facility to local businesses.
"As we did in May 2004 by moving to a new facility on South Walton in Bentonville, we feel that we have again designed a first class facility with the latest and greatest show room and technology lab amenities at our new Johnson location. Our physical location rivals any major city technology facility in the U. S.," said Roger Thomas, CEO of TeleComp.
Thomas continued, "We became Apple certified because of our customers in this area wanting additional options, and we will do the same with our new training programs. We will continue to try and answer the call of the business to business community, as well as the retail customer."
TeleComp Computer Services, and TeleComp, are both Arkansas S-Corporations. Thomas Investments, Inc., dba TeleCompNET, is also an Arkansas S-Corp, as well as in Oklahoma. TeleComp will be the official brand name of both TeleComp Computer Services and TeleCompNET effective January 1st, 2006.
