Provider Champions!
AT&T recognizes the Solution Providers that provide customers with the
highest quality solutions and services to continually exceed their
expectations. These Solution Providers go above and beyond by
demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and commitment to service
achieving the highest level of sales and service among their peer
companies during the 2008 calendar year.
SP Champions are named annually based on overall performance among
AT&T's Alliance Channel Members, with specific focus on:
* Proven expertise in providing customers consistently high levels
of service and performance in delivering AT&T-based solutions that
exceed customers' expectations
* Providing customers with a single point of contact for the
development of integrated solutions ranging from simple to complex
* Excellence in customer support synergy by combining their own
capabilities with the power of AT&T's network management, customer care
and billing
* Technical expertise developed through participation in a
rigorous training program and robust learning curriculum
* Achievement of $100,000 or greater in booked Total Net Monthly
Ordered Revenue in AT&T Opportunity Accounts in the course of a calendar
year.
AT&T Solution Provider Champions achieve these criteria and demonstrate
an overall commitment to excellence when dealing with customers. As a
result of their exceptional efforts, AT&T proudly recognizes Solution
Provider's with the Champion designation.
